Business Analyst (3 days per week) – Securities Lending / Securities Finance / Agency Lending

My client, a global bank based in London, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Securities Finance Chang Team on a 3 days a week basis. The Business Analyst will be part of the Strategy and Change team in Operations.

Key skills and experience

·         Business Analyst experience within Banking

·         Securities Lending / Securities Finance / Agency Lending is essential

·         Business and Ops Management experience

·         Key Stakeholder Management Skills

·         Process documentation and mapping experience

·         A strong operational trade lifecycle knowledge would be beneficial

·         Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and/or experience of process re-engineering

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office

·         Analytical Mind

Responsibilities:

·         Work with and support the Project Lead in effective delivery to schedule and budget and effective escalation to stakeholders if and when assigned projects become off track

·         Manage the IT team and Operations SMEs to ensure that requirements are prioritised, assessed, developed and testing is completed on time and within budget

·         Regular reporting of the project status and progress, ensuring adherence to Change Framework standards and principles

·         Assist with the business analysis, process reviews and preparation of investment business cases

·         Work with other global project team members to assist in the project planning and prioritisation process
