Product/Process Design Lead – Talent Acquisition Transformation Programme
My client, a global bank based in London, is looking for an experienced Production/Process Design Lead to assist in the delivery and roll-out of a multi-year, global Talent Acquisition transformation programme. The role holder will be responsible for the oversight of solution design, working closely with the HR stakeholders, technology and testing teams. Successful candidates will have experience in product design and process design and have worked on significant global transformation projects in the HR domain.
Responsibilities:
Provide oversight of the Talent Acquisition solution design
Take an active role on process design collaborating with global stakeholders via direct engagement and design workshops, etc.
Validate the TA solution design with key business stakeholders and oversee the end-to-end process design
Actively contribute to the wider programme design groups and engage in business and technical architecture activities
Collaborate with the Agile Scrum Master to remove design blockers and manage dependencies across other programme streams
Maintain close engagement with HR service owners and ensure visibility of releases
Work closely with the technology and testing teams to deliver product requirements
· Support user workshops testing and training programmes
Key skills:
· Experience of complex, multi-technology HR transformation programmes
· Strong background in HR process design, specifically for Talent Acquisition solutions
· Proven facilitation skills with the ability to gain consensus across diverse stakeholders
· Strategic thinking combined with excellent business analysis skills required to deliver effective service design solutions
· Ability to work at a detailed level and articulate complex design issues
· Familiarity with Talent Acquisition technologies (e.g. SuccessFactors, Eightfold, ServiceNow)
· Familiarity with Agile delivery and a deep understanding of HR practices.
