QRM developer – Banking, London/remote – c770/day (Inside IR35)

My client, a global investment bank based in London, is looking for a QRM developer to join a significant change programme, transitioning to a new global QRM platform. Successful candidates will have in depth knowledge of the QRM platform and/or other ALM solutions and should have some knowledge of SQL. This is a hybrid working assignment with 2 days / week in the London office.

Key skills:

·         Manage incremental change to the QRM system, as a result of new business requirements, regulatory requirements and market practices

·         Provide input into project working groups and contribute to cross-regional/functional discussions

·         Identify key dependencies, requirements in terms of data, QRM and other system configurations

·         Adhere to the project governance framework and ensure all model updates/changes are approved and signed off prior to introducing them to QRM

·         Review completeness and accuracy of input data including using SQL to query data

·         Prepare testing approach, test scripts and work with teams to support user acceptance testing

Knowledge and experience:

·         Expert knowledge of the QRM software and or other ALM solutions

·         Some knowledge of MS SQL/Oracle with the ability to write basic queries and manipulate / analyse large data sets

·         Proven experience withing an ALM function

·         Knowledge of Agile working practises

·         Ability to work in fast-paced environment with proven ability to handle multiple initiatives at the same time

·         Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with proven experience of communicating effectively and confidently in a complex global environment

·         Excellent relationship skills, collaboration and influencing skills
