My global banking client, is looking for a contract Secured Portfolio Manager on an initial 6 month contract. Based in the Sheffield office, 3 days a week. Paying £640pd.

The overall objective of the project is to prove that consistency, oversight and assurance of the groups control of environment.

Key skills:

·         Mortgage Lender experience (Credit Risk policy work)

·         Credit Risk experience

·         Policy experience

·         Credit Risk policy – define requirements

·         Looking at policies and seeing if there are possibilities to expand income types

·         Key stakeholder Management skills

·         Mortgage credit risk policy knowledge

·         Ability to review and revise policies

·         Product simplification

Responsibilities:

·         Lead Secured Credit policy, ensuring compliance, risk management, and accurate delivery while managing priorities.

·         Drive strategy, mentor junior colleagues, and collaborate with offshore teams and stakeholders.

·         Identify risks, improve policies, and leverage data for strategic growth.

·         Oversee MI reporting, policy changes, and compliance, integrating best practices for optimal performance.
