Project Manager / Project Support – IRB, Credit Risk Models

My global banking client, based in London, is looking for a contract Project Manager / Project Support on an initial contract until end of December 2025 (likely to extend). This role is fully remote (there may be a need to go into an office once a month). Paying £800pd.

 Key skills:

• Credit Risk models experience

• IRB model understanding

• Strong coordination skills and attention to detail

• Experience in Microsoft Office for slides and analysis

• Experience in business/process analysis, change initiatives & re-engineering

• Agile expertise, ideally with JIRA and Confluence

• Ability to help accelerate method of developing models

• Ability to implement models created

• Looking at deliverables, shape and define requirements

• Creating documents and artifacts for governance

• Process and procedure changes

• Experience of rolling out behavioural change

• Demos and training experience

• Ability to bring things to life from a slide

• Ability to listen and challenge

Responsibilities:

• Supporting IRB model development by identifying process automation and efficiency improvements

• Planning, scheduling, and coordinating communications across multiple channels

• Assisting in process, system, and control reengineering to optimize outcomes

• Supporting impact assessments for change requests on scope, time, budget, and effort

• Managing and refining content to align with changing requirements and stakeholder needs

• Creating engaging content, including newsletters, user guides, and demos

• Collaborating with key business functions to drive project success
